How much time do I have to wait for an account?

You should be ready to go within the next two business days. After you complete our request form, an Internet consultant will contact you to discuss the details.

Can I set up an account without the help of a consultant?

We understand you want to do things on your own. That’s why all of our services (except Nexus) allow for automatic sign up.

 

However, Nexus is different. Because we want to ensure that no spam is sent through our system and we want to help you setup an effective email campaign, we need to work with you personally.

I have a small business and a small staff. Will Nexus be easy to use?

Nexus is ideal for individuals and small businesses. Not just because the service is affordable, but because it is a simple interface and includes reports and analytics all in one. With Nexus you are in control of your email campaigns, and you will have access to informational resources and our help desk making sure your campaigns look great and are effective.

Who do I contact if I have a problem?

Once you have an account with Nexus you will have access to a number of helpful online resources. Additionally, you can send all inquiries to support@nexus.com.

How do I get people to read my email newsletters?

You can do two different things. First, add a form to your website and ask visitors to sign up for your newsletter. Second, publish your most recent newsletters for visitors to click on and read when they are on your site.

What if I want to match the look of my emails to my website?

There are several design options within Nexus that allow you to match colors, images, and other styles from your website. Another option is to have us design a custom template for you so that everything looks exactly the way you want it.
